[Fixed] Transfer from Account Balance to Purchase Balance

Hello, i was trying to transfer some money from account balance to purchase balance, in order to extend some rented referrals, but when i go to the place to add funds to purchase balance, the option of account balance isn't there.

It has been temporarily removed because of the current paypal issue. Will be fixed shortly.
