Do I have to deposit?

Do I have to deposit to be able to withdraw and if so, how much? The last time I withdrew, was when PayPal was available (in 2015) and for that, I had to deposit US$5 from PayPal to here to be able to withdraw. I was thinking of maybe withdrawing with Bitcoin. I have US$21 on my balance here. If I wanted to withdraw with Bitcoin, how much would I need to deposit? Thanks.

you have to Deposit $10.5, then you can withdraw $21
