minus $ 2.01 for Pending payments

Hi, Admin,
After cancel of my pending payment i have $ -2.01 in my account information for Pending Withdrawls. That means when i'm sending new request, the sum will be $ 2.642450 - $ 2.01 = 0.63245. Can you nullify my Pending Withdrawls before the new request ?

I can't. Don't see this in admin panel. Ask normally and don't pay attention for this :)
