lol, saw it too, if its not some mistake, then u can buy special packages, wheres PTSU credits included.

I just need PTSu credit , before i have buy 5 PTSu only $1.00 and now $5.000,-

Ehej. This is not mistake. There is a lot of bugs in PTSU section, also a lot members cheating. When all members spending all credits what they have, I will disable PTSU.

As far as i know, there will be update coming out soon for PTSU, it means if user gets for example 5 PTSU denied, then he's not able to go PTSU section anymore. Smth like that, which makes life a little easier :)
