how much minimum payout?

I want to know that minimum payout.
when i click withdraw option its showing me this message
"You do not have enough funds in your account to complete this operation.
Your minimum cashout is $5.00"
but i can see payment proof many users have been withdraw done $2,$3-------------

then what will i do?
