Active rented refs for rent only

Hello there, how about a feature that would make only the active members available for rent? Im talking about something like:
Only referrals that clicked at least 5 ads during last 3 days are available for rent. (just an example)

The price could go a little bit higher but we would at least know that there is a bigger chance that refs that we rent are active.

Only active refs are for rent. Referrals were heavily filtered. No need to make the price higher. No one can guarantee the activity of the member on the next day. Do not worry, We have free recycle for each type of membership. Visit our membership table. here...
